SEC. 535. REPORT ON DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE RECRUITMENT ADVERTISING TO RACIAL AND ETHNIC MINORITY COMMUNITIES. Not later than June 1, 2023, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the efforts of the Department of Defense to increase marketing and advertising to adequately reach racial and ethnic minority communities.
