SEC. 1205. MODIFICATION TO AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR CONDUCT OF OPERATIONS. Notwithstanding subsection (g)(1) of section 331 of title 10, United States Code, the aggregate value of all logistic support, supplies, and services provided under paragraphs (1), (4), and (5) of subsection (c) of such section 331— (1) in each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 may not exceed $950,000,000; and (2) in each of fiscal years 2025 and 2026 may not exceed $750,000,000.
