SEC. 2813. [10 U.S.C. 2802 note] REQUIREMENT FOR INCLUSION OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FORMS 1391 WITH ANNUAL BUDGET SUBMISSION BY PRESIDENT. Concurrently with the submission to Congress by the President of the annual budget of the Department of Defense for a fiscal year under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code, the President shall include each Department of Defense Form 1391, or successor similar form, for a military construction project to be carried out during that fiscal year.
