SEC. 7234. STUDY OF FEDERAL FLEET VEHICLES. Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report on how the costs and benefits of operating and maintaining electric vehicles in the Federal fleet compare to the costs and benefits of operating and maintaining internal combustion engine vehicles.
