SEC. 7142. TECHNICAL, CONFORMING, AND CLERICAL AMENDMENTS. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 is amended by— (1) amending the items relating to sections 435 and 436 to read as follows: “Sec. 435. Maritime operations coordination plan. “Sec. 436. Maritime security capabilities assessments.” ; (2) amending the item relating to section 1617 to read as follows: “Sec. 1617. Diversified security technology industry marketplace.” ; (3) amending the item relating to section 1621 to read as follows: “Sec. 1621. Maintenance validation and oversight.” ; and (4) amending the item relating to section 2103 to read as follows: “Sec. 2103. Protection and sharing of information.” .
