SEC. 8367. NORTH PADRE ISLAND, CORPUS CHRISTI BAY, TEXAS. The project for ecosystem restoration, North Padre Island, Corpus Christi Bay, Texas, authorized under section 556 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 (113 Stat. 353), shall not be eligible for repair and restoration assistance under section 5(a) of the Act of August 18, 1941 (33 U.S.C. 701n(a)).
