SEC. 8371. PUGET SOUND NEARSHORE ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION, WASHINGTON. In carrying out the project for ecosystem restoration, Puget Sound, Washington, authorized by section 1401(4) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (130 Stat. 1713), the Secretary shall consider the removal and replacement of the Highway 101 causeway and bridges at the Duckabush River Estuary site to be a project feature the costs of which are shared as construction.
