SEC. 357. COMPILATION OF TITLE 23, UNITED STATES CODE. (a) Legislative Proposal.—The Secretary shall, by March 31, 1997, prepare and submit to Congress a draft legislative proposal of necessary technical and conforming amendments to title 23, United States Code, and related laws. (b) Conforming Repeal.—Section 1066 of the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 (105 Stat. 2006) is repealed.
