SEC. 11403. [14 U.S.C. 1901 note] CADET PREGNANCY POLICY IMPROVEMENTS. (a) Regulations Required.—Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall prescribe regulations for the Coast Guard Academy consistent with regulations required to be promulgated by section 559(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2022 (Public Law 117-81). (b) Briefing.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall provide to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a briefing on the development of the regulations required by subsection (a).
