SEC. 11102. AUTHORIZED LEVELS OF MILITARY STRENGTH AND TRAINING. Section 4904 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a) by striking “fiscal years 2020 and 2021” and inserting “fiscal years 2022 and 2023”; and (2) in subsection (b) by striking “fiscal years 2020 and 2021” and inserting “fiscal years 2022 and 2023”.
