SEC. 11506. CERTIFICATES OF NUMBERS FOR UNDOCUMENTED VESSELS. Section 12304(a) of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “shall be pocketsized,”; and (2) by inserting “in hard copy or digital form. Any certificate issued in hard copy under this section shall be pocketsized. The certificate shall be” after “and may be”.
