SEC. 201. BANKRUPTCY. Section 523(a) of title 11, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (18), by striking “or” at the end; (2) in paragraph (19), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and (3) by inserting after paragraph (19) the following: “(20) for injury to an individual by the debtor relating to a violation of chapter 77 of title 18, including injury caused by an instance in which the debtor knowingly benefitted financially, or by receiving anything of value, from participation in a venture that the debtor knew or should have known engaged in an act in violation of chapter 77 of title 18.” .
