SEC. 123. GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICE STUDY ON ACCESSIBILITY OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES. Not later than 3 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— (1) conduct a study of the accessibility of mental health services and substance use disorder treatment and recovery for survivors of human trafficking in the United States of various ages; and (2) submit a report to Congress containing the findings of such study and recommendations for increased accessibility and affordability for survivors of trafficking.
