SEC. 11125. GAO REPORT. (a) In General.—Section 1433 of the FAST Act (23 U.S.C. 101 note; Public Law 114-94) is repealed. (b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of contents in section 1(b) of the FAST Act (Public Law 114-94; 129 Stat. 1312) is amended by striking the item relating to section 1433.
