SEC. 24107. MINIMUM PENALTIES FOR REPEAT OFFENDERS FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. Section 164(b)(1) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “alcohol-impaired” and inserting “alcohol- or multiple substance-impaired”; and (2) in subparagraph (B)— (A) by striking “intoxicated or driving” and inserting “intoxicated, driving while multiple substance-impaired, or driving”; and (B) by striking “alcohol-impaired” and inserting “alcohol- or multiple substance-impaired”.
