SEC. 40703. AMOUNTS DISTRIBUTED FROM ABANDONED MINE RECLAMATION FUND. Section 401(f)(2) of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1231(f)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A)— (A) in the subparagraph heading, by striking “2022” and inserting “2035”; and (B) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking “2022” and inserting “2035”; and (2) in subparagraph (B)— (A) in the subparagraph heading, by striking “2023” and inserting “2036”; (B) by striking “2023” and inserting “2036”; and (C) by striking “2022” and inserting “2035”.
