SEC. 41008. INDUSTRIAL EMISSIONS DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out activities under section 454(d)(3) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (42 U.S.C. 17113(d)(3))— (1) $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 and 2023; and (2) $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
