SEC. 50114. STATE RESPONSE TO CONTAMINANTS. Section 1459A(j)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j-19a(j)(1)) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “an underserved community” and inserting “a community described in subsection (c)(2)”; and (2) in subparagraph (A)(i), by striking “such underserved” and inserting “that”.
