SEC. 206. ACCESS TO RECORDS AND ACCOUNTS. Section 24315 is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: ā€œ(h) Access to Records and Accounts.ā€”A State shall have access to Amtrak's records, accounts, and other necessary documents used to determine the amount of any payment to Amtrak required of the State.ā€ .
