SEC. 402. REVISIONS IN PERMANENT ACTIVE DUTY END STRENGTH MINIMUM LEVELS. Section 691(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs (1) through (5) and inserting the following new paragraphs: “(1) For the Army, 485,000. “(2) For the Navy, 346,920. “(3) For the Marine Corps, 178,500. “(4) For the Air Force, 329,220. “(5) For the Space Force, 8,400.” .
