SEC. 624. [10 U.S.C. 1791 note] EXPANSION OF PILOT PROGRAM TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES FOR IN-HOME CHILD CARE. Section 589(b) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283) is amended— (1) by inserting “(1)” before “The Secretary”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(2) The Secretary may carry out the pilot program at other locations the Secretary determines appropriate.” .
