EXTENSION OF UKRAINE SECURITY ASSISTANCE INITIATIVE.

SEC. 1232. EXTENSION OF UKRAINE SECURITY ASSISTANCE INITIATIVE. Section 1250 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1068) is amended as follows: (1) In subsection (c)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking “funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6)” and inserting “funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7)”; (B) in paragraph (3), by striking “fiscal year 2021” and inserting “fiscal year 2022”; and (C) in paragraph (5), by striking “Of the funds available for fiscal year 2021 pursuant to subsection (f)(6)” and inserting “Of the funds available for fiscal year 2022 pursuant to subsection (f)(7)”. (2) In subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: “(7) For fiscal year 2022, $300,000,000.” . (3) In subsection (h), by striking “December 31, 2023” and inserting “December 31, 2024”.
