SEC. 1046. COMPARATIVE TESTING REPORTS FOR CERTAIN AIRCRAFT. (a) Modification of Limitation.—Section 134(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2037) is amended by striking “the report under subsection (e)(2)” and inserting “a report that includes the information described in subsection (e)(2)(C)”. (b) Comparative Testing Reports Required.— (1) Report from director of operational test and evaluation.—Not later than 53 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of Operational Test and Evaluation shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that includes the information described in section 134(e)(1)(B) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2038). (2) Report from secretary of the air force.—Not later than 53 days after the date of the submission of the report under paragraph (1), the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that includes the information described in section 134(e)(2)(C) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2038).
