SEC. 2105. ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY TO CARRY OUT FISCAL YEAR 2018 PROJECT AT FORT BLISS, TEXAS. (a) Project Authorization.—The Secretary of the Army may carry out a military construction project to construct a defense access road at Fort Bliss, Texas, in the amount of $20,000,000. (b) Use of Amounts.—The Secretary of the Army may use funds appropriated under section 131 of the Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2018 (title I of division J of Public Law 115-141; 132 Stat. 805) for the Defense Access Road Program to carry out subsection (a).
