SEC. 3202. REFERENCES TO CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON OF DEFENSE NUCLEAR FACILITIES SAFETY BOARD. Chapter 21 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2286 et seq.) is amended— (1) [42 U.S.C. 2286] in section 311(c), in the subsection heading, by striking “Chairman, Vice Chairman” and inserting “Chairperson, Vice Chairperson”; and (2) [42 U.S.C. 2286] by striking “Chairman” each place it appears and inserting “Chairperson”.
