SEC. 113. PLAN FOR ADDITIONAL KINETIC EFFECTORS FOR LOW, SLOW, SMALL UNMANNED AIRCRAFT INTEGRATED DEFEAT SYSTEM OF THE ARMY. (a) Plan Required.—The Secretary of the Army shall develop and implement a plan for the procurement and fielding of additional kinetic effectors for the low, slow, small unmanned aircraft integrated defeat system of the Army (FS–LIDS and M–LIDS). (b) Briefing.—Not later than September 30, 2025, the Secretary of the Army shall provide to the congressional defense committees a briefing on the plan developed under subsection (a).
