SEC. 143. MODIFICATIONS TO INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN AIRCRAFT. (a) Temporary Exception to Minimum Primary Mission Aircraft Inventory.—Section 133 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118–31; 137 Stat. 173) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “1,112 aircraft” and inserting “1,101 aircraft”; and (2) in subsection (c)(1), by striking “2024” and inserting “2025”. (b) A-10 Aircraft Minimum Inventory Requirement.—Section 134(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114–328; 130 Stat. 2038) is amended by striking “135 A–10 aircraft” and inserting “96 A–10 aircraft”.
