SEC. 706. GUIDANCE ON AUTHORITY TO PROVIDE TRAVEL AND TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCES FOR SPECIALTY CARE UNDER EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall issue guidance with respect to the authority of the Secretary under section 1074i(b) of title 10, United States Code.
