SEC. 733. EXPANSION OF LICENSE RECIPROCITY FOR VETERINARIANS OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE. Section 1060c of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by striking “in emergencies”; (2) in subsection (a), by striking “for the purposes described in subsection (c)”; and (3) by striking subsection (c).
