SEC. 602. POLICY ON POSTPARTUM PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTS AND BODY COMPOSITION ASSESSMENTS. Section 701(k) of title 10, United States Code, is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), (1) by striking “gives birth while on active duty” and inserting “, while on active duty, gives birth, loses a pregnancy, or has a stillbirth,”; and (2) by striking “such birth” and inserting “such birth, loss of pregnancy, or stillbirth”.
