SEC. 542. EXTENSION OF JROTC PROGRAMS TO THE JOB CORPS. Section 2031 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a)(1), by inserting “, including Job Corps centers as defined in section 147 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3197),” after “secondary educational institutions”; and (2) in subsection (b)(1)(C), by inserting “, or is a Job Corps center as defined in section 147 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3197)” after “military department concerned”.
