SEC. 1107. EMPLOYMENT AND COMPENSATION OF CIVILIAN FACULTY MEMBERS AT INTER-AMERICAN DEFENSE COLLEGE. (a) In General.—Subsection (c) of section 1595 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(9) The United States Element of the Inter-American Defense College.” . (b) Conforming Amendments.—Such section is further amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “institutions” and inserting “organizations”; and (2) in subsection (c)— (A) in the subsection heading, by striking “Institutions” and inserting “Organizations”; and (B) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “institutions” and inserting “organizations”.
