SEC. 1084. MODIFICATION OF NATIONAL SECURITY COMMISSION ON EMERGING BIOTECHNOLOGY. Section 1091 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 (Public Law 117–81; 135 Stat. 1929) is amended— (1) in subsection (b), by striking paragraph (3) and redesignating paragraph (4) as paragraph (3); (2) in subsection (g)(1), by inserting “and 6 months” after “3 years”; and (3) in subsection (r), by striking “18 months after the date on which it submits the final report required by subsection (g)” and inserting “on December 31, 2026”.
