EXPANSION OF ELIGIBLE GRANT RECIPIENTS UNDER THE DEFENSE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM.

SEC. 2802. EXPANSION OF ELIGIBLE GRANT RECIPIENTS UNDER THE DEFENSE COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM. (a) In General.—Subsection (d) of section 2391 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(A), by striking “State and local governments” and inserting “State governments, local governments, and not-for-profit, member-owned utility services”; and (2) in subparagraph (A) of paragraph (2), by striking “the State or local government agree” and inserting “the recipient of such assistance agrees”. (b) Technical Amendment.—Section 2391(d)(1)(B)(iii) of such title is amended by striking “section 101(e)(8) of this title” and inserting “section 101 of this title”.
