SEC. 5702. EXTENSION OF LEARNING PERIOD FOR CERTAIN SAFETY REGULATIONS RELATING TO SPACE FLIGHT PARTICIPANTS. Title 51, United States Code, is amended— (1) in section 50905(c)(9), by striking “January 1, 2025” and inserting “January 1, 2028”; (2) in section 50914— (A) in subsection (a)(5), by striking “September 30, 2025” and inserting “September 30, 2028”; and (B) in subsection (b)(1)(C), by striking “September 30, 2025” and inserting “September 30, 2028”; and (3) in section 50915— (A) in subsection (a)(3)(B), by striking “September 30, 2025” and inserting “September 30, 2028”; and (B) in subsection (f), in the first sentence, by striking “September 30, 2025” and inserting “September 30, 2028”.
