SEC. 333. DEFINITIONS. In this subtitle: (1) Business entity.—The term “business entity” means a firm, corporation, association, partnership, consortium, joint venture, or other form of enterprise. (2) Commission.—The term “Commission” means the Twenty-First Century Workforce Commission established under section 334. (3) Information technology.—The term “information technology” has the meaning given that term in section 5002 of the Information Technology Management Reform Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 679). (4) State.—The term “State” means each of the several States of the United States and the District of Columbia.
