SEC. 141. (a) Notwithstanding section 101, section 747 of title VII of division E of Public Law 117–328 shall be applied through the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act by— (1) substituting “2025” for “2024”; (2) substituting “2024” for “2023” each place it appears; (3) substituting “2023” for “2022” each place it appears; and (4) substituting “section 747 of division E of Public Law 117–328, as in effect on September 30, 2023” for “section 747 of division E of Public Law 117–103” each place it appears. (b) Subsection (a) shall not take effect until the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2024.
