SEC. 2205. RESEARCH, ENGINEERING, AND DEVELOPMENT.
Section 48102(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
(1) in paragraph (14), by striking “and”;
(2) in paragraph (15) by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(16) $64,098,360 for the period beginning on October 1, 2023, and ending on December 31, 2023.”
