SEC. 108. CHESAPEAKE BAY PROGRAM.
Section 117(j) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1267(j)) is amended—
(1) in paragraph (4), by striking “and” at the end;
(2) in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
(3) by adding at the end the following:
“(6) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, $92,000,000.”
