SEC. 1314. NORTHERN ESTUARIES ECOSYSTEM RESTORATION, FLORIDA. Section 8215(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 is amended by adding at the end the following: “(6) Federal share.—The Federal share of the cost of carrying out paragraph (1) shall be 90 percent.” .
