SEC. 1338. HAWAII ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION. Section 444 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3747; 113 Stat. 286) is amended— (1) by striking “and environmental restoration” and inserting “environmental restoration, and coastal storm risk management”; and (2) by inserting “Hawaii,” after “Guam,”.
