SEC. 1127. PLANNING ASSISTANCE FOR STATES.
Section 22(a)(2)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 1962d-16(a)(2)(B)) is amended by inserting “and title research for abandoned structures” before the period at the end.
