SEC. 1163. UPDATES TO CERTAIN WATER CONTROL MANUALS. Section 8109 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3702) is amended by inserting “or that incorporate the use of forecast-informed reservoir operations into such manuals” before the period at the end.
