SEC. 134. MODIFICATION OF MINIMUM INVENTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR C-130 AIRCRAFT. (a) Minimum Inventory Requirement.—Section 146(a)(3)(B) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2455) is amended by striking “2023” and inserting “2024”. (b) Prohibition on Reduction of C-130 Aircraft Assigned to National Guard.—Section 146(b)(1) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117-263; 136 Stat. 2455) is amended by striking “fiscal year 2023” and inserting “fiscal years 2023 and 2024”.
