SEC. 141. LIMITATION ON ISSUANCE OF ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE KC-135 RECAPITALIZATION PROGRAM. The Secretary of the Air Force may not issue an acquisition strategy for the KC-135 recapitalization program until the date on which the Secretary submits to the congressional defense committees the following documentation: (1) An updated tanker roadmap timeline to include procurement of the Next Generation Air Refueling System. (2) The business case analysis of the Air Force for the KC-135 recapitalization program. (3) Validated requirements from the Joint Staff for the contract competition under the KC-135 recapitalization program.
