SEC. 851. ADDITIONAL NATIONAL SECURITY OBJECTIVES FOR THE NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRIAL BASE. Section 4811(a)(9) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “services, supplies, and” before “materials”; and (2) by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, including by reducing reliance on potential adversaries for 137 STAT. 344 such services, supplies, and materials to the maximum extent practicable”.
