SEC. 1117. AUTHORITY TO EMPLOY CIVILIAN FACULTY MEMBERS AT SPACE FORCE SCHOOLS. (a) In General.—Section 9371 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in the section heading, by inserting “and Space Delta 13” after “Air University” (2) in subsection (a), by inserting “or of the Space Delta 13” after “Air University”; and (3) in subsection (c)— (A) in paragraphs (1), by inserting “or of the Space Delta 13” after “Air University”; and (B) in paragraph (2), by inserting “or of the Space Delta 13” after “Air University”. (b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 947 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 9371 and inserting the following new item: “9371. Air University and Space Delta 13: civilian faculty members.” .
