SEC. 1554. REPORT ON TECHNOLOGY MODERNIZATION FOR ARMY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND 2030 TRANSFORMATION PLAN. (a) In General.—Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the plan of the Army known as the “Human Resources Command 2030 Transformation Plan” that includes— (1) an estimated timeline for the completion of the implementation milestones set forth in such plan; and (2) an identification of future resource needs relating to the modernization of legacy information technology systems. (b) Legacy Information Technology System Defined.—In this section, the term “legacy information technology system” has the meaning given such term in section 1076 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115-91; 40 U.S.C. 11301 note).
