SEC. 6112. [22 U.S.C. 214 note] ELECTRONIC PAYMENT FOR PASSPORT APPLICATION FEES. The Secretary shall develop a process to accept electronic payment for all fees associated with the processing of passport applications, including for applications submitted by regular mail.
