SEC. 104. AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT. Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraph (7) and adding at the end the following: “(7) $1,794,357,923 for the period beginning on October 1, 2023, and ending on May 10, 2024.” .
